The police force unit of error counts has warned the Group's What's App and asks them to report when crime occurs in their groups.

Doing so will help police to take action against the protagonist who has committed the crime in order to deal with the increase in criminal crime online.

It was reported today on Friday by the deputy head of the act, Joshua Mwangasa during a seminar organized by the Communications Authority (TCRA) and joining the religious leaders of the Dar es Salaam Region.

He said network errors have risen sharply while What's App groups seem to be a major catalyst.

The party said the leaders of the group should not tolerate such cases and should report the police.

"Do not let you set up a group for another purpose then a person or people are putting things wrong, let the action be taken against it even if you are involved,"

He has said that these groups have been used to distribute false information and inflammation.

The campaign has used the opportunity to ask religious leaders to preach to their believers about the proper use of the networks to keep away from crime.

"Lack of morality is responsible for all of this, that's why I come back to you religious leaders should not insist that your believers use networks for development," he said.

According to TCRA Director, Engineer James Kilaba has said that the authorities continue to take steps to strengthen online communication protection.

He said mobile phones have now become as weapons so his use should be taken seriously.
