Professor Mkumbo has given the statement when speaking to representatives of 19 power authorities over various plans to improve the water sector in the country.
He said his promise would not go unnoticed since in 2020 President Magufuli will start in Dar es Salaam until Kigoma will only support himself without saying the word but the votes will be loud.
The Secretary said the Ministry of Water is everything because it affects the state of the lowest and above and that's why there is a need for adequate management.
As a result, Professor Kitila has criticized the practice of trade unions to create jealousy and to transform water authorities into magic and vegetarian shrubs where the result is to hurt and threaten leaders, including the directors of the authorities.
He has asked workers to fight for their rights while fulfilling their obligations as they do not work for productivity they can not have the right to claim the best interests.
Robert Chilewa's secretary secretary said the authorities have had a huge challenge on debts reaching Shs 15 billion from institutions and public bodies.
He said the authorities had begun to create a workforce due to the removal of non-four-year-old education staff who were strongly established with Wanging'ombe District from the Minister of Water with 72% of all seven classmates and asked Professor Kitila to help the staff be returned work.
