Speaking to journalists today on Sunday, Nassari, who has joined the Arusha Regional Assembly, Godbless Lema, testified and handed over to Takukuru and other institutions.
In the same case several leaders have been invited to convince councilors to move and some were promised to pay for their remaining 2020 posts and complete their projects.
Among these are the funds to get jobs and to complete all the development projects they have promised.
When Nassari did so some of the resignation councilors said they were not persuaded by anybody nor being bribe but had moved to support the efforts of President John Magufuli.
