Former Minister for Information, Culture, Culture and Sports Minister Mtasa State MP, Nape Moses Nnauye, has severely criticized President Kagame's projects. Magufuli says it spends expensive.
He said this today in parliament in Dodoma, where he said that such projects would take so long that he would have to use government funds, something that would result in a breakdown of social services.
I offer three model projects including an intermediate railway project that will cost about $ 15 billion, with a project of electricity production worth $ 5 billion and the Tanzanian airline where all of the projects will cost $ 21 billion.
"Here these projects are worthless because they will get us into the uncomfortable problems we will have had," said Nape.
