Parliament responded to Freeman Mbowe who is CHADEMA chairmen, claiming money was sent to hospital on 20 September. They had no contact with the hospital and that is why ther delayed to sent those money aimed to assist Mr Tundu Lissu in his treatment after been shooted by the unknown people
