THE National CCM-Youth Wing Motivation Secretary, Mr Paul Makonda, has condemned people with political ill motives for implicating him in the chaos that caused the Draft Constitution forum on Sunday to end prematurely.
Mr Makonda told reporters in Dar es Salaam that he has no clue on what caused the chaos. The chaos dismayed Judge Joseph Warioba, who was about to make a presentation, he said.
