To assist Solid Waste Project Manager and partners on a range of high-profile solid waste enterprise interventions and innovations
To assist in design and deliver WASH enterprise workshops across various Amref Health Africa Tanzania’s work areas
To support in training of stakeholders to embed practical entrepreneurial learning experiences towards behavior changes and solid waste management stewardship
To assist in promoting the value of entrepreneurship, employability and enrichment to stakeholders and target community through innovative, cost-effective and appropriate promotional campaigns
To explore operational links with local businesses and networks with a view to increasing business engagement in WASH intervention and solid waste management
Requirement
Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, finance, development finance and investment planning, Marketing or any other related qualification
Communication (verbal and written) with diverse groups of individuals particularly women, youth and vulnerable people and experience
Leading or effecting innovation and change within an organization
Managing time effectively and working under pressure
Ability to develop positive working relationships and be credible with individuals and community
Highly developed verbal communication skills with the capacity to convey information confidently and appropriately to diverse groups
Personal motivation and drive with the ability to work without constant supervision
Emotionally intelligent with a willingness to gain an understanding of the roles of other staff within Amref Health Africa Tanzania family
Highly organized, with a strong sense of purpose and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines to achieve agreed goals.
Up to date with social engagement tools such as social networking and blogging
